Mediastinal Mass - Middle

  
Everything from the heart and great vessels to a line 1 cm posterior to the anterior border of the thoracic vertebral bodies.
Look for:
1. Esophageal carcinoma, esophageal duplication cyst
2. Metastatic disease
3. Lymphadenopathy (all causes)
4. Hiatus hernia
5. Bronchogenic cyst
